Our website audit is perfect for service based business owners who already have a website. It’s a good fit if you are not ready for a full redesign yet, but still want professional feedback on your current site. This audit can be completed for websites on any platform.
The recommendations are designed for you to implement on your own. If your site is built in Squarespace, we can help make the updates at our hourly rate. Please reach out if you are interested in additional support.
Bonus: If you move forward with a website design project within 30 days of receiving your audit, $250 of your audit fee will be credited toward your new website project.

Inquiry & Booking: Start by submitting the inquiry form and choosing Website Audit. Once we review your request, we’ll send the contract and invoice to officially reserve your audit spot.
Questionnaire: Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a short questionnaire about your business and website goals. The audit timeline begins after the questionnaire is completed.
Audit Review: Within one week of receiving your questionnaire, we’ll review your website and record our findings.
Delivery & Support: Your video walkthrough, PDF report, and action checklist will be sent by email. One week of follow-up email support is included for questions about your audit.

From Strategy to Launch Without the Guesswork
For both website design packages, the process follows the same general structure. The details may shift depending on whether you choose a Foundational or Custom Website, but the goal stays the same: to keep the project clear and organized.
Discovery
We start with a discovery call to learn about your business and goals. If it feels like the right fit, we’ll send over the proposal, contract, and deposit invoice to reserve your spot.
Strategy
You’ll gather your website content and complete a detailed questionnaire. Then we’ll meet for a strategy call to review your answers, content, and inspiration so we can align on the direction before design begins.
Design & Develop
Next, we move into the website design phase. After the first version is ready, you’ll review the site and submit feedback based on the revisions included in your package.
Launch
Once everything is approved, we’ll schedule a launch call to publish the website together and transfer ownership of the site to you.

Third-party templates may require additional setup time and fees depending on the template. And the Squarespace tutorials and SEO training videos included with our curated template collection are not included with third party templates.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your project on our calendar. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered and website ownership is transferred.
